By renting a vehicle from FastLane Hustle Rentals (“Company”), you agree to the following terms:

 

1. Rental Requirements

 
  • Valid, unexpired driver’s license
  • Minimum age: 21
  • Valid debit or credit card
  • Completed rental agreement and verification
  • Deposit paid in full prior to pick-up

The Company reserves the right to deny service for any reason.

 

2. Payments & Renewals

 
  • All rentals are billed weekly.
  • The first week plus deposit must be paid before pickup.
  • Renewals are due every 7 days.
  • A late payment may result in vehicle disablement via GPS technology or repossession.
  • All payments are non-refundable once the rental period begins.
 

3. Deposit

 

A refundable deposit of $300–$500 is required for every rental.
 Deposit is returned once the vehicle is inspected and cleared of damage, excessive wear, late fees, tolls, tickets, or outstanding balances.

 

4. Mileage Policy

 

Unlimited miles plans are available.
 Mileage limits for non-gig plans are specified at booking.
 Driving outside Florida is strictly prohibited.

 

5. Vehicle Use

 

The renter agrees to:

  • Operate the vehicle safely
  • Follow all traffic laws
  • Use the vehicle for legal purposes only
  • Not smoke or vape inside the vehicle
  • Not permit unauthorized drivers
Smoking inside the vehicle results in a minimum $250 fee.
 

6. Maintenance & Breakdowns

 

Routine maintenance (oil changes, tires, standard mechanical upkeep) is included.
 The renter must notify the Company immediately of warning lights, mechanical issues, or accidents.

Failure to report may result in additional charges.

 

7. Accidents, Damage & Liability

 
  • Renter is responsible for all damage during the rental period.
  • Insurance coverage must be active at all times.
  • In case of an accident, renter must provide:
    • Police report
    • Photos
    • Insurance information 

The Company may charge the renter for repairs not covered by insurance.

 

8. GPS Tracking

 

All vehicles include GPS technology for:

  • Safety
  • Anti-theft
  • Payment enforcement
  • Mileage verification

By renting, renter consents to GPS tracking.

 

9. Prohibited Uses

 

Vehicles may NOT be used for:

  • Racing or reckless driving
  • Off-road use
  • Towing
  • Transporting illegal substances
  • Subleasing or re-renting

Violation may result in immediate termination and legal action.

 

10. Termination

 

FastLane Hustle Rentals may terminate or refuse service for:

  • Nonpayment
  • Abusive behavior
  • Damage or unsafe operation
  • Policy violations

Vehicle must be returned immediately upon request.

 

11. Indemnification

 

Renter agrees to indemnify and hold FastLane Hustle Rentals harmless from:

  • Fines
  • Tickets
  • Tolls
  • Damages
  • Liability arising from improper use of the vehicle
 

12. Modifications

 
The Company may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued rental constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
